How long does it take to ship out my order?

Typically an order will be shipped within 3 business days of purchase!
How do I use the pepper spray?

The pepper spray is to remain in the locked position at all times. When you are feeling unsafe, simply place the pepper spray in your hand. It should remain locked until you are ready to use it. When you have decided it needs to be used, slide the trigger to the right and press down firmly. Always aim it at your target. This is not a toy or prop. Please do not use it for fun. It is impossible to know how many sprays each container holds, so once the pepper spray has been used it should be discarded and another one should be purchased.
How do I use the and alarm and light?

The alarm will be activated when you pull it away from the base of its individual keychain. Pull as hard as you would like, it will not come off completely. The flashlight portions is operated by pressing the button on the right side of the alarm. It needs to be pressed firmly and held down to use the flash light.
How do I use the kitty claws?

The claws that are attached to your keychain should be worn on your dominant hand. Any finger configuration works that does not include the pinky or thumb. The ears should be facing outward.
Are the keychains safe for everyone?

These keychains are not intended for use under the age of 18.

What should I do if my keychain is damaged or broken?

Each keychain is inspected before being shipped. Should there be any issues with your keychain, please keep it in all of its packaging, take pictures and reach out to us at hopeyoudontneedit@gmail.com.
How do I use the window breaker and seatbelt cutter ?

As our product evolves, so do the accessories that come with it. The first edition has a window breaker that doubles as a seatbelt cutter. It is useful in your car or carried on your keychain. It is used most efficiently when it is removed from the keychain. Simply pull the tool off of the keychain. That will give you direct access to the seatbelt cutting portion of the tool. Slide the seatbelt into the mouth of the tool and it will cut it for you. All you need to do is apply pressure. The window breaker portion is located on the other side. The flat head is to be pressed firmly against any glass you intend to break, and the tool does it all for you! Simple and easy. Second edition purchases come with a 3 in 1 tool! It still has the same seatbelt cutter and window breaker, which operate identically. It also comes with a built-in whistle, just in case your safety alarm is not accessible or if you decide to break up your keychain. Videos to come!
